EstimatorGains

EstimatorGains[ssm,{p1,p2,…,pn}] gives the estimator gain matrix for the StateSpaceModel ssm, such that the poles of the estimator are pi.

EstimatorGains[{ssm,{out1,…}},…] specifies the measured outputs outi to use.
