EdgeTaggedGraph[{e1,e2,…}->{t1,t2,…}] yields a graph with edges ej tagged with tj.

EdgeTaggedGraph[{v1,v2,…},{e1,e2,…}->{t1,t2,…}] yields a graph with vertices vi and edges ej tagged with tj.
